Blue Bridge Overseas Employment holds License No. 1234, approved by the Government of Pakistan and certified by ISO 9001. The recruitment process is straightforward and begins once the required recruitment documents are presented in our favor.

Our Reponsibilities

Protector Permission

On receipt of the Power of Attorney and Demand Letter, we seek permission from the Protector of Emigrants, Government of Pakistan, to recruit workers under the demand of our Principals, ensuring all legal requirements are met before proceeding with the recruitment process.

We maintain a comprehensive CV bank, but we also advertise in leading newspapers when needed. We release ads with permission from the Protector of Emigrants to reach a broader audience, ensuring candidates meet the Principal’s requirements and standards through this transparent recruitment method.

Interview Calls

After reviewing applications, we shortlist suitable candidates for interviews and trade tests. Call letters are issued for provisional interviews, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates proceed in the recruitment process, tailored to meet the Principal’s requirements.

Selection Process

Candidates are carefully selected after initial screening by our professional panel. Final selection is done per the Principal’s instructions. Once selected, candidates undergo medical tests and visa procedures. We prefer oral or practical tests, and only the best candidates advance to the next step.

Screaning

Highly experienced consultants interview candidates, and both oral and practical tests are conducted. Based on performance, a final ranking is determined for skilled and unskilled candidates, ensuring only the most qualified candidates move forward in the process.

Selection Time

For bulk manpower recruitment, our selection is prompt. Candidates are called based on the foreign delegation’s schedule. If the employer does not request a visit, we ensure swift processing and preparation for final selection and onboarding.

Final Selection

Shortlisted candidates undergo further evaluation before appearing before the Selection Board if required by the employer. Final decisions are made based on overall performance in the tests and interviews, ensuring the right fit for the employer’s needs.

Orientation

Before deployment, we provide selected candidates with a comprehensive orientation covering the work environment, company policies, cultural practices, and legal requirements of the host country. This ensures a smooth transition and prepares workers for their roles abroad.
